What's included

Everything taken care of

Full management means you hand us the keys and get on with your life. Your tenants come to us, and we come to you only when there's something worth knowing.

Month to month, we collect the rent, send you a clear statement and chase any late payment quickly. When something breaks, your tenants report it to us rather than you, and we get it sorted promptly with reliable contractors, keeping you in the loop as we go.

Through the year, we visit regularly to make sure the property is being looked after, and to catch problems like damp early, before they turn into bigger bills.

Safety and compliance is where good management really earns its keep. Gas safety checks, electrical reports, alarms, licences and deposit protection are all tracked so nothing lapses. And as soon as a new law is passed, we'll let you know what it means for you, and share it in our newsletter too.

When a tenancy ends, we carry out the check-out inspection, agree any deposit deductions and get the property ready for whoever moves in next.

Letting has more rules than ever

Since 1 May 2026, councils can fine landlords up to £7,000 for a first breach of many letting rules, and up to £40,000 for serious or repeated breaches. A national landlord register and a landlord ombudsman are on the way too. With full management, keeping on top of all that is our job, not yours.
